What's Included In A Carpet Clean?
Our friendly team at Canberra’s Best will pre-vacuum and pre-spray tough stains on your carpet. We will then thoroughly inspect your carpets and rugs to see if any stains need special treatment. We will then set up our steam cleaning machine to blast the dirt away.

What if I have items that I want cleaned which are not in your list?
That’s fine you can, you can build your own checklist that our staff can follow. Just letting you know some services such as oven cleaning is not included in an hourly clean but can be added at an extra cost, our manager will review your checklist to make sure it is in-line with our service statement.
What if everything doesn’t get cleaned in the time that I’ve booked?
Our staff will try to clean as much as they can within the time you booked. If they are unable to go through the full list you will be notified and they will clean the areas which are most important to you. We often can’t stay behind as we have back-to-back bookings. If you are worried about this our cleaning manager can help you create a checklist that can be completed within the time you have booked.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
We take feedback very seriously at Canberra’s Best. If you are not happy with our cleaning just let us know and one of our managers will assess each situation case by case because there’s never an issue we can’t re-clean!
